I WISH — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility. You confirm that you are single — meaning never married, legally divorced, legally annulled, or widowed — and not currently married or in a legally subsisting marriage.
Verification. Every seat at I Wish is reserved for genuinely single, verified people — that’s what keeps the room safe and trustworthy for everyone. To confirm this, we ask for a valid ID proof, two personal references, and/or a document supporting your marital status. Your information is kept strictly confidential and used only for this purpose.
Video Verification. As part of verification, you also agree to a short one-to-one video call with the Company representative.
Accuracy of Information. All information you provided to the Company is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious breach of this Agreement.
False Information — Forfeiture. If, at any stage before, during, or after the event, the Company determines that any information or document provided by you is false or misleading, the Company reserves the right to deny or cancel your participation, and to forfeit the registration fee and/or full event fee paid by you, without any refund.
Fees and Payment. The registration fee is Rs 5,000, payable to begin verification. The balance fees must be paid within 24 hours of your verification being cleared, failing which your seat may be released to another applicant and the registration fee forfeited.
Refunds. Once your full event fee is paid and your seat is confirmed, no refund will be made if you do not attend the event for any reason, or if any information provided by you is found to be false, whether discovered before or after the event. A full refund of amounts paid will be made only if the Company is unable to offer you a confirmed seat at the event.
Code of Conduct. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully towards all attendees, staff, and vendors at the event. You shall not engage in any harassment, inappropriate physical contact, unsolicited business, religious, or commercial solicitation, abusive behaviour, or any conduct that disrupts the event or makes another attendee feel unsafe. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the event without refund for violation of this Clause, and may bar such person from future events.
Meet in Public Places Only. The event itself, and any date arranged after a mutual match, will always be at a public place — a hotel, restaurant, café, or similar public venue. No one, including your match, can ask you to meet at a private residence, hotel room, or any closed or enclosed space. For your safety, please always meet in public, and let us know immediately if anyone asks otherwise.
Limitation of Liability. The Company verifies participants in good faith based on the documents, references, and video call provided. The Company is not responsible for any loss or harm arising from a participant concealing or misrepresenting information, or from any participant’s conduct at the event or at a post-event meeting.
Data Privacy. Information and documents you share are used only for verification and event coordination, and handled in line with applicable data protection law.
No Guarantee of Relationship
You understand that Wedding Wish Private Limited only provides a platform for participants to meet and interact and does not guarantee any marriage proposal, relationship, compatibility, or particular outcome. Any friendship, companionship, relationship, or marriage that develops between participants is entirely their own choice and responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any disagreement, breakup, separation, discontinuation, or other outcome arising from such relationship or association.

Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
